Rooster Systems Studio, LLC (“Rooster Systems Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website roostersystems.studio (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use it, and your choices.
The Site is currently informational and does not include a contact form, newsletter signup, or other means of directly collecting personal information from visitors.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or any client-side state to track visitors and does not collect personally identifiable information. It provides aggregate, anonymized information such as page views, referrer sources, and general geographic region.
Information you send us directly. If you contact us by email or another channel outside the Site (for example, to inquire about the STAS workbook or advisory services), we receive whatever information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message. Email communications are processed through Microsoft 365 and may be retained as part of our normal business records. We use this information only to respond to you and, where appropriate, to deliver services you request.
The Site does not currently use cookies other than those that may be technically necessary for operation of the Site or provided by our hosting platform. If this changes in the future (for example, if we add a contact form, newsletter, or e-commerce checkout), we will update this Policy and provide any notice or consent required by applicable law.
